CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
Unfortunately orders are processed automatically and cannot be canceled. Please wait for your order to be delivered and return the item once received.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?
Orders placed today are processed the next business day. We offer a free shipping service that will ensure you get your order within 3-8 business days. We also offer an express shipping service that you may select at checkout when available.

Order by Friday, December 15th to get it in time for the holidays with free ground shipping.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS POLICY?
HOLIDAY 2023 RETURN POLICY
For the holiday season, orders placed from Wednesday, November 22 2023 can be returned until Friday, January 5 2024.
NON-HOLIDAY RETURN POLICY
We stand behind our products and hope you will love them as much as we do. However, if you are not satisfied, you have 21 days from the time your order was fulfilled/shipped out to return or exchange it.
In our ongoing effort to minimize our carbon footprint, please note that there will be a $5 fee that will be deducted from your refund that will be donated to One Tree Planted, a non-profit organization that is focused on global reforestation. Together we can give back to the environment, protect biodiversity and create a healthier climate while also saving ducks and saving carbon emissions.
Please shop (and return) responsibly!
To be eligible for an exchange or return, your items must be unused and in the same condition that you received them. They must also be in the original packaging with its original tags and travel bags.
If the items returned have man-made damages (soiled, make-up, perfume, non-manufacturer defect damages, etc.) we will send back the item to you and no refunds will be processed.
Please note that returns may take up to 2 weeks to be processed starting on the day the return was delivered to our warehouse.
WHEN WILL I GET MY REFUND?
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, which may take up to 7 business days depending on your financial institution.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF THE PRODUCT RECEIVED IS DAMAGED OR FLAWED?
Save The Duck products are expected to be free of materials and workmanship defects and are protected under a one year warranty from the date of purchase.
In case a product fails due to a manufacturing defect, we will at our discretion replace the product or provide an online store credit for the current price of the product (which may differ from the amount paid by the customer).
This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, rips, tears, damages caused by accidents, misuse, natural breakdown of fabric over time and negligence.
Process:
- Fill out the warranty form by clicking here.
- After evaluating the information provided, we will issue a code to redeem online for the current price of the product at our discretion.
- The product does not need to be returned back to us. Instead, we encourage you to donate the product provided that the item is in good condition to a charity of your choice.
Please allow up to 2 weeks for us to review your claim.

DO YOU PROVIDE A GIFT WRAPPING SERVICE?
We currently don't offer a gift wrapping service.
HOW DO I KNOW A PRODUCT IS ORIGINAL?
We use Certilogo to check garment authentication. Authentication can be done by scanning the QR code found inside each Save The Duck garment (only on outerwear and athleisure items).
